  1. Include Chart Records for Inactive Patients in Power BI 'Patient Charts' Export

    Currently the Power BI 'Patient Chart' export file does NOT include Chart records for Patients marked as 'Inactive'.

    This request is to revise the export logic to include these records in order to provide Power BI access to the information in those charts.

    NOTE: Logic for other Power BI file exports would also need to be evaluated to determine if records for 'Inactive' Patients are also being suppressed in those exports.

  2. Note Pop Up when pulling up Patient Names in the Scheduler

    Currently, the only notification that exists is a "Note" button when you pull up a patient in the scheduler. We are looking for a notification box, a "pop up" when you pull up a particular patient so it is the first thing you see when you pull up that patient in the scheduler so users can have more discretion when making an appointment.

  3. Separate Instant Alerts and Lab Alerts + Group Alerts

    Currently, Lab alerts are now under both lab alerts and instant alerts; thus users are getting duplicate alerts. Please allow these to be separated into one particular group as users are continuing to receive duplicate alerts for labs in both their instant alerts and lab alerts.

    In addition, staff are getting alerts for each lab that is received for clients. Is there a way for these alerts to be grouped so users get one lab alert per client rather than say for example 6 labs that came in on the same day for one client?

  4. Scheduling Only Clients in Program

    When creating a group note it is possible to add in other clients not scheduled for the appointment. We would like a restriction so that only clients enrolled in that program can be added to the scheduled group appointment.

  6. Treatment Plan Alerts

    Our doctors and nurse practitioner would like the system to do what it used to do and automatically delete their treatment plan alerts once the doctor/np signs off on it. Some days they could have up to 40+ treatment plans to sign. It is very time consuming for them to have to go in a manually delete the alerts once they've signed the treatment plans.

  7. Add Visit Link to Power BI Progress Note Table

    In order to accurately report staff productivity, a direct link needs to be supported between the Power BI 'Progress Note' and 'Visit' tables. Such a link would allow the assignment of 'earned' APG units or Customary / Contractual revenue amounts associated with a signed/locked billable Progress Note table entry.

    Numerous views already exist in eCR (e.g., Progress Note Summary in Patient Charts, History tabs for various Progress / Session Notes) indicating corresponding billing information (e.g., Visit ID, Billing Date, Procedure Code, etc.) indicating that this relationship is already supported from the Progress Note perspective.

  8. When prefilling from other places, you can't prefill from the actual form you are creating from.

    Example of this would be on a comp assessment (TGI forms) , the needs or prioritized tab pulls all of the needs identified throughout the comp to that tab, then on that tab you prioritize them.

  9. Max Character on MRN assignment

    Functionality that would allow us to set a max character limit on MRN's. This would be especially helpful for OASAS regulated programs as OASAS requires no more than 10 alphanumeric characters for the "Client ID' field on PAS forms which is mapped to use the MRN.

    If a user assigns an MRN greater than 10 characters then an error should pop up when attempting to save.

  10. Re-establish Scan to Chart Functionality

    Currently the 'Scan to Chart' functionality is not operational. This request is for TenEleven to re-establish that functionality to support direct scanning from a reasonable set of desktop document and card scanners to a Patient Chart.

    This functionality would simplify the ability to scan Patient ID and Insurance information, paper-based assessments, consents, communications, etc.

  11. Enhance eCR Patient Photo Reporting

    Currently there is only one canned report available supporting the management of Patient Photos - the 'Photo ID Report'. While the displayed report results clearly distinguish which Patients have assigned photos, this report does NOT export any attribute indicating whether or not a photo is associated with the Patient Detail record.

    Request an enhancement to the 'Photo ID Report' CSV export to also include an attribute indicating if a photo is attached.

  12. Allow form editing or add option to allow form editing after Patient Signature on FormLab forms

    We would like ability to set up Forms in FormLab that allow editing of the form after a Patient Signature. There are scenarios where after the Patient signs, we need to go in and edit the form without removing the signature. We are looking for an option to do this for this Patient Signature line only.

  13. Progress Note Time Adjustment Warning Outside Business Hours for Program

    Client is in need of functionality settings that would allow for providers to be warned or alerted by a pop up message if the time on their progress note falls outside of normal business hours for a specific program

    Providers for this client are struggling and not updating AM to PM so it looks like a service was done early in the morning say for example 1AM instead of the correct time 1 PM during the work day.

    This would be a setting that you could turn on per program in clinic setup

  14. Enhance the speed when pulling large amounts of appointments

    At this time, pulling up someone if they have an extended amount of recurring appointments freezes up the system while pulling them and is significantly slow if the patient has over 50+ appointments which is often with recurring appointments pushed out over a year. Please see if there is a way to speed up this query.

  15. Double Booking Scheduler Warning Prevention

    In need of a setting that could be turned on or off that would warn or prevent a user from scheduling a client during a time that this client is already scheduled. The setting would prevent a user from double booking a patient at the same time, This would work as a warning across resources. The client has had issues with one patient being scheduled at the same time for two providers.

  16. Speed up printing of chart notes

    At this time, printing a chart full of medical records, with about 50-70 different forms on it can take hours to complete. The person printing cannot do anything in eCR while the documents print effectively only using this users session to print.

    This causes issues as sometimes other facilities need medical records quickly and two to three hours to print a chart is way too long.

  18. Allow Visit Type Restriction by User

    Allow the ability to restrict Visit Types by user. This could be done via Credentials as an idea. Also, just allowing the ability to choose what Visit Types could be picked on a user profile as well would work.

  20. Add Age to Scheduler client pick list

    Dear Support, Please add the Client's Age to the Scheduler client pick list and on Client Chart Header.

    There are separate Mobile Crisis procedure codes for clients <21 and > 21 years of age and staff don't calculate the client's age correctly based on DOB and schedule the incorrect visit for <21 and then the service is denied by insurances.
    Also Financial Staff perform Intake Financial forms and check their schedules quickly and it would be helpful for them to know if it's a child and there may be a guardian in the session as well on the initial financial…
