Start/End Dates for Availability Types
Please add a start date and end date when putting in Availability Types in a Resource's schedule. There should be an option for a start date and either an end date or "ongoing." Every time a clinician changes their schedule, we cannot choose a date to end the availability types in their current schedule or a date to begin their new schedule.

Within the My Daysheet function, when accessing forms TGIPN and TGIGN, it is possible to click on the note and have it appear in a pop-up window. I sit possible to add this pop-up functionality to other forms? We use it to validate the completion of submitted notes and their ability to be billed.

Flagging Patients for multiple reasons
We would like to be able to use the patient designation tab in patient details for multiple scenarios. Currently we denote our high risk clients as "at risk". We'd also like to be able to flag a client that has a violent history, so staff meeting with that client are aware.

Bulk edit
Revise Claim Management with option to bulk "open visit". It's great to be able to edit in bulk but if visit is closed, it's not available in the Insurance Billing queue. At present, you have to manually open every charge and select "open visit" - a significant time waster!

Add name on signature pad output
Add the ability to push the patient's name to the signature pad, especially for methadone dispensing to add name and dose as two identifiers consistent with good practice.

Add more pre-fill options for forms
Add the Secondary Insurance Name to be added to the Prefill Editor under Prefill From Other Places>Patient>Patient Demographics. Currently the only insurance option is Primary Insurance.

Void/Unsign Reason
Before a form is voided/unsigned, a popup should appear and the user will need to document the reason for voiding/unsigning the form.

It would be great to have the ability to upload multiple documents to the patient chart all at once instead of one file at a time.

eLabs Received with Order Details Report Verbiage
Rego park is looking at the results and they want to edit some language on the eLabs Received with Order Details
First: change Value to Results.
Second: change Range to Cutoff.
Third: switch places put Results first, and Cutoff second.

Be able to navigate eCR when I have the 'Send Message' screen open to sent an instant message to a user.
When sending an instant message, I am not able to open any other eCR screens, charts, etc. It would be beneficial to me if I could access a patients chart or forms to capture information I may I want to send to a user through the Instant Message functionality. Update the 'Send Message' screen to be non-modal (I can access other screens/functions while the Send Message window is open.

Add "Date Received" to Instant Messages tab in Alert
Add a 'Date Received' column to the Instant Messages tab so you can see when instant messages were received.

Similar Name Warning
When patients have similar names as others in a program, particularly for medication dispensing (e.g., methadone) or in a bed program (e.g., bulk med dispensing screen), it would help to have a warning on these screens to re-check spelling and identifiers. This would help prevent medication errors.

eCR Home Screen - Help Options Need Updates or Removal
On the eCR Home screen under the 'Help' drop-down there are references to 'User Manual' and 'Build Updates'. The 'User Manual' reference preferably should launch the Knowledge Vault in a separate window - otherwise it should be removed. The 'Build Update' option should be removed.

Caseload Report
We need the ability to run as of a specific date for comparison to another date. For example, this month vs. last month or this date this year vs. last year.

medication dosing billed report
there needs to be a better way to run a financial report with regards to what was billed and received for each individual provider, the current way is very cumbersome and needs to be streamlined

Increase the number of staff that can be displayed in chart header
It would be helpful to be able to display up to 6 staff members in the chart header (Show On Chart selected) so that we can include a designated crisis staff member on the chart.
