  1. Elab Order Report Addition

    Cornerstone is in need for a new eLab Order Report
    that would build off the one we have in place currently
    This report would have everything included in the original but additionally would
    1.add a Plus and Minus control under the name that lists the tests ordered linked to that order #.
    Add 2 columns:

    Program should be sortable
    the report should also default to the location (based on which folder we put it on) similar to the following report, so a location filter that defaults:

    This would make the report much more userful.

  2. Seconday Diagnosis in Lab Order Screen

    Flacra would like the possibility to build another drop down in the lab order so that we can select a Secondary Dx.
    some diagnosis codes do not support the payment for a test panel of multiple tests when the patient has a diagnosis code specific to one drug. If a secondary code could be available, it would decrease the number of requests from our billing department for additional codes.

  3. Supervisor Notes Program Restriction

    Client has a need for under Day to Day> Supervision Notes to be locked down by program. Thus one supervisor from one program/location would not be able to see the supervision notes entered by another supervisor at a different program.

  4. Direct Scanning into eCR

    We would like to have eCR allow for scanned information, such as a drivers license or Medicaid ID, be directly pulled into the system and populate the relevant fields, such as name, DOB, Address.

    This will increase efficiency of the intake staff, as well as increasing data integrity by removing the chance of user errors when entering data.

  5. Customizable tabs and grids in Patient Details

    We would like the ability to allow editing of all grids and tabs in Patient Details along with the Access Levels to be detailed and accessible in Access Levels for every particular tab.

  6. Chart Completed Report

    Cares has a need for a report that would show who was admitted and who was discharged on a previous date. This is needed to see if admission paperwork was completed, PAS Forms needed, and discharge dates to track discharge paperwork. The report needs to indicate if the client is new. Or when the client is discharged. This report would be used to identify if any paper work was not completed on a patient chart. Parameters you could run this by would include First and last name, date of birth, medical record number, chart number, admission date, discharge date and…

  9. Enhancement to Patient Payer/Subscriber Grid in Payer/SS Fee Tab

    Requesting the consideration of the following enhancement to the Patient Payer/Subscribers Grid under the 'Payer/SS Fee' tab within Patient Details. We would expect that this enhancement would be applicable to most eCR Customers that need to consistently manage their Medicaid Patients.

    Add two additional columns to the grid - preferably before the existing 'Effective Start/End' columns (see attachment):

  11. Use Custom Forms for CCDA Submission To HIE

    We would like the ability to use custom forms made in Form Lab for CCDA submission to the HIE. Current functionality requires filling out obscure canned forms to complete a CCDA. This makes the process confusing and it cannot be tailored to the organization. One idea that has been proposed is the use of data tags that could be used when constructing a form in Form Lab.

  12. Consent Form Status Icon

    On the Hixny and PSYCKES consent forms (TGI _ HIEC and OMH _ PSYCKES), it would be helpful if the form icon updates to "X" in the chart if consent is denied or withdrawn. This would allow these forms to appear visually similar to the Consent for Release of Information form (TGI _ CR).

  14. Enhancement to eLab Result Matching

    Current eCR eLabs results assignment is performed based on a 'straight-up' matching of Patient Last Name, First Name, Gender Code and Date of Birth values as recorded in the Patient Details record. CFC has numerous cases where the results matching fails too often due to Patient Name changes with the Lab Results having to be manually assigned via Lab Results manager or being assigned to a duplicate Patient Details records that was not previously detected.

    This request includes two enhancements to the eLabs matching logic to improve matching results:

  16. Enhance Patient Details Audit Log Report

    Request that two enhancements be added to this existing canned report:

    (1) The report result records should include the Patient's 'Medical Record Number' as a means to distinguish changes to potential duplicate Patient Details records.

    (2) The 'Form: Add' and 'Form: View' entries should be removed from this report and supported under a different 'Audit' report. These entries (a) apply to Patient Chart records and not Patient Details records and (b) create an excessive number of records that dramatically increases report processing time and can generate file sizes that are too large for Excel to open.

  20. Sort Releases alphabetically under Form Manager-->Setup Release when searching

    When searching for Releases under the Setup Release button in Form Manager, sort the results of "Search for Report" alphabetically instead of by creation date. This makes it easier to find a release when a large number of releases are created by agencies.
