Would like to be able to upload multiple documents for the same patient at one time. Also be able to rename it correctly and have the ability to be put in the proper form section.

Naming documents vs having them dated
I need to be able to add names to documents. I do not have the ability to upload a screen shot, but if could take a look at chart number 318 (#20842) SUD Chart and tell me what consent is what without opening them all. It would be a game changer if I could change them from the dates to naming them so staff new what Consent was there without opening up 10 of them.

MD only box on Payer Tab
I know that the payer tab of a non-admitted or discharged (chart) episode of treatment transfers over to a new chart. We've had so many issues where the MD only box was checked on a previous chart and when we open a new chart it stays checked. I just happened to find 13 DOS dating from 1/25/22 to present where Medicare was skipped and Medicaid was billed first in error. I have brought this up to my employees in the past...that they need to watch for this but sometimes it gets overlooked. I would like to recommend that if the…

print attachments
Would make things easier if we could either print all the open attachments at once or have the ability to print them with the "print" tab for record requests.
