Ability to delete or hide Formlab forms in Form Library
I want the ability to remove or delete unused or old FormLab forms from the Form Library as once many are created it is difficult to sort through and find certain forms.

Alert Deletion
The ability to left or right click next to multiple alerts and delete them all at the same time. Our alerts still don't work consistently, and there are days when we log in and they say "zero"...only to log in another day and see 2,400 alerts. I start deleting for 15 minutes....log out...log in again and it's back to zero. If I could click on multiple lines to select ones to delete, instead of opening up each alert that would be great.

visit types
When scheduling visits, only allow visit types that are designated for that program to show and be scheduled. Not all visit types are available to all programs (which is indicated when creating visit types), but in the scheduler, any program can use any visit type thus causing confusion and progress note issues.

Direct scanning into eCR
Add scanning enhancements to eCR
We would like to have eCR allow for scanned information, such as a drivers license or Medicaid ID, be directly pulled into the system and populate the relevant fields, such as name, DOB, Address.
This will increase efficiency of the intake staff, as well as increasing data integrity by removing the chance of user errors when entering data.

Double Booking Scheduler Warning Prevention
In need of a setting that could be turned on or off that would warn or prevent a user from scheduling a client during a time that this client is already scheduled. The setting would prevent a user from double booking a patient at the same time, This would work as a warning across resources. The client has had issues with one patient being scheduled at the same time for two providers.

Enhance Form Permissions for Acess Levels
For us, it is a cumbersome process every time a new form in published in 10e11. Every time a form is published we have to touch every access level that may need access to that form and set the appropriate permissions (add, edit, and void). This makes the process for getting newly requested forms out the door very cumbersome. Not only that, but that form will also have to be added to a chart for actual use and additional testing. A single form could go through many revisions, and thus multiply having to perform this tedious process. What I would…

It would be useful if a client "Alias" and Suffixes could be displayed on appointments, charts or in "My Client List".
Users are placing suffixes and Aliases in the Name fields, which cause issues with any interfaces(Labs, etc.)8 votes -

Allow Patient Search by Phone Number and/or First Name
Patient Search should allow us to search by first name of a client and phone number. Sometimes this is all a user has to go on and currently no way to search by this.

Alert for Checked In Appointments with No Note Started
It would be helpful to have an alert for when an appointment has been checked in but no note has been started within a certain number of days. We currently receive "There is an unsigned note. . ." alerts for encounter notes that have been started but not completed. We are able to identify these now with the reconciliation report, but it would be good to have the same alert functionality with missing notes for individual or group encounters - thanks..

Prevent 2 appointments in a single day
I would like to have a setting that prevents more than 1 appointment in a day, or warns that an appointment is already scheduled that day. The private payors do not allow more that one procedure in a day. We occasionally have a patient scheduled for a therapy session and a medication visit on the same day, and the payors are denying the medication claim and only paying the therapy.

Patient Chart Access and Reporting
When you block a user from a chart in Patient Chart Access under Patient Details for a specific Patient, it should block this person from accessing any records via the Reporting module as well for any blocked users on a specific patient.

Patient Schedule Block for Two Appointments
The Aaron Center has a need for a setting that would block a patient from having two appointments scheduled on the same day.
Most all insurances don't pay for 2 BH related services on the same day, so having a stop block on the scheduler to avoid booking 2 appts on the same day would greatly help our denial rate.7 votes -
Inactive status for older versions of forms
I would like to be able to mark forms Inactive that are no longer part of the active chart structure, Some of our forms have been updated multiple times and it is difficult to find the active version when setting Alert rules or requiring them for visit types. I'd also like them to not appear in the form lab library with the active forms. But I'd like the option to still view them and return them to active should they be needed again.

Add a start date & end date for providers schedule
We have providers changing schedules beginning in the future, say 1 month away. It would be helpful if we could put their new schedule in the Resource Schedule Details with an effective date, rather than going to each individual day in their schedule to adjust it for the first few weeks of the start of the new schedule to ensure their patients are scheduled within the hours they will be working. We also have providers that work a different schedule for a few months, then revert back to the old schedule. They may work 1 schedule most of the year,…

Add Visit Link to Power BI Progress Note Table
In order to accurately report staff productivity, a direct link needs to be supported between the Power BI 'Progress Note' and 'Visit' tables. Such a link would allow the assignment of 'earned' APG units or Customary / Contractual revenue amounts associated with a signed/locked billable Progress Note table entry.
Numerous views already exist in eCR (e.g., Progress Note Summary in Patient Charts, History tabs for various Progress / Session Notes) indicating corresponding billing information (e.g., Visit ID, Billing Date, Procedure Code, etc.) indicating that this relationship is already supported from the Progress Note perspective.
