When scheduling visits, only allow visit types that are designated for that program to show and be scheduled. Not all visit types are available to all programs (which is indicated when creating visit types), but in the scheduler, any program can use any visit type thus causing confusion and progress note issues.

Double Booking Scheduler Warning Prevention
In need of a setting that could be turned on or off that would warn or prevent a user from scheduling a client during a time that this client is already scheduled. The setting would prevent a user from double booking a patient at the same time, This would work as a warning across resources. The client has had issues with one patient being scheduled at the same time for two providers.

Patient Schedule Block for Two Appointments
The Aaron Center has a need for a setting that would block a patient from having two appointments scheduled on the same day.
Most all insurances don't pay for 2 BH related services on the same day, so having a stop block on the scheduler to avoid booking 2 appts on the same day would greatly help our denial rate.7 votes -

Please Prevent overlapping appointments BEFORE the progress note, there should be a warning as you make the appointment.

Have progress notes fire for Rescheduled appointments
Rescheduled appointments do not fire an alert for a NOTE to be completed. There should be an option to allow this.

Start/End Dates for Availability Types
Please add a start date and end date when putting in Availability Types in a Resource's schedule. There should be an option for a start date and either an end date or "ongoing." Every time a clinician changes their schedule, we cannot choose a date to end the availability types in their current schedule or a date to begin their new schedule.

Note Pop Up when pulling up Patient Names in the Scheduler
Currently, the only notification that exists is a "Note" button when you pull up a patient in the scheduler. We are looking for a notification box, a "pop up" when you pull up a particular patient so it is the first thing you see when you pull up that patient in the scheduler so users can have more discretion when making an appointment.

Enhance the speed when pulling large amounts of appointments
At this time, pulling up someone if they have an extended amount of recurring appointments freezes up the system while pulling them and is significantly slow if the patient has over 50+ appointments which is often with recurring appointments pushed out over a year. Please see if there is a way to speed up this query.

When viewing a Provider's schedule for a day, you can hover over the user's name and see a count for Total Appointments for the day in question. The total count includes rescheduled appointments and should not. Exclude rescheduled appointments in the Total Appointment count. This feature is really only helpful if it counts pending appts for the day because, for example, therapists can only see 6 patients in a day. Currently, it's counting ALL appts for the day even if they are no longer pending appts.

Scheduling Only Clients in Program
When creating a group note it is possible to add in other clients not scheduled for the appointment. We would like a restriction so that only clients enrolled in that program can be added to the scheduled group appointment.

Add Age to Scheduler client pick list
Dear Support, Please add the Client's Age to the Scheduler client pick list and on Client Chart Header.
There are separate Mobile Crisis procedure codes for clients <21 and > 21 years of age and staff don't calculate the client's age correctly based on DOB and schedule the incorrect visit for <21 and then the service is denied by insurances.
Also Financial Staff perform Intake Financial forms and check their schedules quickly and it would be helpful for them to know if it's a child and there may be a guardian in the session as well on the initial financial…1 vote
