Add Age to Scheduler client pick list
Dear Support, Please add the Client's Age to the Scheduler client pick list and on Client Chart Header.
There are separate Mobile Crisis procedure codes for clients <21 and > 21 years of age and staff don't calculate the client's age correctly based on DOB and schedule the incorrect visit for <21 and then the service is denied by insurances.
Also Financial Staff perform Intake Financial forms and check their schedules quickly and it would be helpful for them to know if it's a child and there may be a guardian in the session as well on the initial financial form first-time meeting.
Also in have the Age in the Chart Header would be helpful to staff who are taking over another therapist's caseload, knowing that the client is a minor and the correct visit types, treatment plans and forms are one the existing chart is helpful.
