visit types
When scheduling visits, only allow visit types that are designated for that program to show and be scheduled. Not all visit types are available to all programs (which is indicated when creating visit types), but in the scheduler, any program can use any visit type thus causing confusion and progress note issues.

This is an important enhancement for all users. When the chart is selected, the visit types should be limited to those associated with the program or location, only.
