Add option in eCR to grant a user access to a chart for a specified time frame.
This would be utilized in instances where an auditor visits a location and a user profile is setup say "Auditor, Auditor". When user is added onto specific charts they are to audit is there a way to set the time frame for access ?

Form Behavioral Health Medical History (BH_MH) Women History Health 3 tab. Is it possible to not require "Last Menstrual Period Date" especially if the woman is menopausal. With elderly clients this field is required in order to sign off on the form, so the client doesn't recall the exact last date of last menstrual period, so data isn't accurate. Please make this question not required. Thank you.

Add timed access for chart
For Auditing purposes please add the ability to set timed access for charts. This would be used for Auditors where we could set the time of access when we grant access to charts and then would not have to go back in to remove chart access from profile at a later date.

Create Alerts for Thresholds Nearing End Date
We would like to be able to set up alerts when the service thresholds being set up are nearing their end date so we know that we will need to add new ones due to the end times being set in Patient Details.

Print date range from chart
Often we are subpoenaed specific date ranges within a chart. Currently we are told there is no way to print a specific range and it is cumbersome to pick through to determine which items get printed.

Allow Patient Statements to be downloaded in Excel (csv and xls) or txt format
Request that allows Patient Statements to be pulled in .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .txt or other formats instead of just pulling and saving as a PDF. Billing companies requirements include the ability to send over unconverted files in the above formats.

Read-Only Chart Access
We have an Access Level set up for read-only access to all charts, but it would be helpful to have a read-only chart role that we could use to limit a staff person's ability to modify an individual chart - thanks.

Add enable/disable checkbox for PRN meds in Bulk Medication Dispensing
When in Bulk Medication Dispensing, allow the ability to add a checkbox to show or hide PRN medications. This would help differentiate between the medications necessary to be given at the time and save the users time instead of having to sort through a huge list of medications when they only need to give one or two medications.

Add an exception rule to allow for certain users to be able to override Progress Note Hard Stops
Please add the ability to add an override for hard stops. There are certain users who need to sign for two different notes such as supervisors that occur at the same time. In situations like this, having an override for supervisors or users in a similar situation would help.

Addition of 'ID - Patient' Attribute to All Power BI export files containing Patient Information
Certain existing Power BI export files, specifically 'Patient Diagnoses', 'Form Status' and 'Progress Note') do NOT have the 'ID - Patient' attribute included in those tables. This is a 'Primary Key' level value needed to link tables within Power BI reporting.
NOTE: Some files do contain the 'Medical Record Number' as an attribute, but all the tables with Patient content do NOT. This request that 'ID - Patient' be consistently included in all tables containing Patient information.

Incorporate Locked Chart Records and Related Attribute(s) in Power BI 'Patient Chart' Export
Currently, There is (1) no way to determine if 'Locked' Patient Charts are included in the Power BI 'Patient Chart' export and (2) if they are included, to distinguished 'Locked' or 'Archived' Chart records that have these statuses (distinct from the Referral / Intake / Admitted / Non Admitted / Discharge status).
This request is to include 'Locked' records in the export if they are not currently included and provide one or more additional attributes to the 'Patient Chart' export to indicate 'Locked / Not Locked' and 'Archived / Not Archived'.
