Add Patient Name to Power Bi Patient Chart Export

Add Patient Name fields (first and last) to the Power Bi Patient Chart export.

    Jennifer,

    When you import both the patient chart, and patient details files into power bi desktop, power bi automatically detects the relationship between two files. When this is done you can then create a pbix which includes all data from the patient chart table and include clients name.
