Enhance Form Permissions for Acess Levels
For us, it is a cumbersome process every time a new form in published in 10e11. Every time a form is published we have to touch every access level that may need access to that form and set the appropriate permissions (add, edit, and void). This makes the process for getting newly requested forms out the door very cumbersome. Not only that, but that form will also have to be added to a chart for actual use and additional testing. Patient Schedule Block for Two Appointments
The Aaron Center has a need for a setting that would block a patient from having two appointments scheduled on the same day.
Most all insurances don't pay for 2 BH related services on the same day, so having a stop block on the scheduler to avoid booking 2 appts on the same day would greatly help our denial rate.7 votes -
Seconday Diagnosis in Lab Order Screen
Flacra would like the possibility to build another drop down in the lab order so that we can select a Secondary Dx.
some diagnosis codes do not support the payment for a test panel of multiple tests when the patient has a diagnosis code specific to one drug. If a secondary code could be available, it would decrease the number of requests from our billing department for additional codes.4 votes -
Enhance Patient Details Audit Log Report
Request that two enhancements be added to this existing canned report:
(1) The report result records should include the Patient's 'Medical Record Number' as a means to distinguish changes to potential duplicate Patient Details records.
(2) The 'Form: Add' and 'Form: View' entries should be removed from this report and supported under a different 'Audit' report. These entries (a) apply to Patient Chart records and not Patient Details records and (b) create an excessive number of records that dramatically increases report processing time and can generate file sizes that are too large for Excel to open.

Direct scanning into eCR
Add scanning enhancements to eCR
We would like to have eCR allow for scanned information, such as a drivers license or Medicaid ID, be directly pulled into the system and populate the relevant fields, such as name, DOB, Address.
This will increase efficiency of the intake staff, as well as increasing data integrity by removing the chance of user errors when entering data.

Enhancement to Patient Payer/Subscriber Grid in Payer/SS Fee Tab
Requesting the consideration of the following enhancement to the Patient Payer/Subscribers Grid under the 'Payer/SS Fee' tab within Patient Details. We would expect that this enhancement would be applicable to most eCR Customers that need to consistently manage their Medicaid Patients.
Add two additional columns to the grid - preferably before the existing 'Effective Start/End' columns (see attachment):
(1) Medicaid CIN - this would provide a consistent field to record a CIN number for both Medicaid and Managed Medicaid Patients and would provide a straightforward mechanism to reference the Medicaid CIN number for the Power BI Patient Details file /…4 votes -

Add the Ability to Import and Export any Form Labs form (this would facilitate the sharing of forms between organizations), to include access to copies of existing system forms which may be edited, renamed, published, etc...

Form Lab Preview All Notes
I created a "Medical Note" form in Formlab (FLMN). When you open this note up there is a History tab, and there is a request to add in the "Preview All Notes" and "Print All Notes" buttons that appear on this tab in the TGIPN form (see attached)

Expand User Access on Caseload Reports
Seneca County is in need of a caseload report that will show ancillary therapists on a users chart. Currently we have one in place that will show the primary but not the secondary therapist. We would like to expand the role of the caseload reports to all therapist case managers etc for expanded roles and reporting.

Methadone Holds.
Staff would like to be able to put a methadone stop/hold in advance. Currently they are unable to change the date.
