    Add the Ability to Import and Export any Form Labs form (this would facilitate the sharing of forms between organizations), to include access to copies of existing system forms which may be edited, renamed, published, etc...

  2. Sort Releases alphabetically under Form Manager-->Setup Release when searching

    When searching for Releases under the Setup Release button in Form Manager, sort the results of "Search for Report" alphabetically instead of by creation date. This makes it easier to find a release when a large number of releases are created by agencies.

  3. Allow copy of entire charts to be moved using Patient Chart Manager

  6. Add more pre-fill options for forms

    Add the Secondary Insurance Name to be added to the Prefill Editor under Prefill From Other Places>Patient>Patient Demographics. Currently the only insurance option is Primary Insurance.

  7. length of treatment in sessions

    Can we get a report that would show us how many sessions a patient had from admit to discharge with the discharge happening in a specific year? For our Audit this year, OMHSAS has asked for the average # of sessions patients that were discharged in 2022 checked in for. In other words, the length of treatment in sessions for 2022 discharged patients, regardless of year they began treatment.

  8. Address City should be All Caps to follow USPS format requirements

    The City pick list is in Patient Details - Payer/SS tab and on the line for RP insurance, the billing staff can click and add the address for the person other than the Patient Address, for children or Adults who have someone else pay their Patient Statement mailings.

    If the billing staff type the city in all CAPS it prints on the Patient Statement with the city as all CAPS, which is what USPS regulations are required for mailings, All Caps, No punctuation on Patient Statement mailings.

    We need a report for unsigned forms.
    The "Voided & Unsigned forms"is for voided and lifted signatures. and the billable but not locked doesnt work for forms that arent tied to a visit type.

  11. Add Clinic Option to not allow the creation of a new chart in a program where the patient already has an active chart in that program

    To prevent a patient having 2 active charts in the same program, add a clinic option that can be set that does not allow the creation of a new chart in a program where the patient already has an active chart in that program

  14. Attendance Billing Census Report

    In Day to Day there is a component for Attendance Billing Census. This request is to gather the information collected there and present it as a report that can run over any desired date range. Currently the Attendance Billing Census will only display the information for one month at a time so this would provide more flexibility with users seeking to review data over a longer period of time.

  15. Alert Popup box

    Popup box to appear on any part of 10e11, scheduler, charges, etc. when searching or bringing up a client/patient. This box will be handy if insurance is missing, fee schedule needed, co-pay was not collected, etc. It will alert all who pull up the client/patient.

  16. Dates and Primary user on Alerts

    We'd like to see (and be able to sort by) the date alerts were generated in the alert window as well as the date an alert was generated and removed in reporting. We'd also like to see (and be able to sort by) the Primary user on Form and Instant alerts.

    Require that a phone number be selected as Primary and a Preferred Communication Method be selected in Patient Details.

  20. Create Alerts for Thresholds Nearing End Date

    We would like to be able to set up alerts when the service thresholds being set up are nearing their end date so we know that we will need to add new ones due to the end times being set in Patient Details.
