Wait List Category Filtering
When using the 'Category' fields within the eCR Wait List function, there is no way to filter the Category List to only see rows that have a 'blank' Category selection. One can only see the rows with 'blank' Category values using the '(Select All)' option.
This makes it difficult to manage entries on the Wait List when one wants to focus on entries that have not yet been categorized.

Power BI Group Appointment Chart Number Assignments
The current Power BI 'Appointment' table export does NOT report Patient Chart numbers for future Group Appointments (similar to what is supported for Individual appointments). This adversely impacts the ability to evaluate a Patient's Group activity.
Originally, I believed that Group Appointments may not have this information available until after the Group Note is written.
After subsequent evaluation, I noted that the canned report 'Group and Individual Appointment List' did report the Chart Number for future Group appointments, so clearly this information is already available within eCR. I am requesting that the Power BI 'Appointment' table export be corrected to…

FormLab Control to Record Scoring Form Outcomes in Form Status Tables
Our agency has reporting requirements where we need to compare 'outcomes' information from canned eCR Forms (e.g., GAD-7, PHQ-9, MSSI-SA) with scoring assessment forms that we create in FormLab. In the Power BI 'Form Status' export file, canned scoring forms (for specific forms) report values in columns S (Is Outcomes Form?), T (Outcome Score) and V (Outcome Date) (see example attached for MSSI-SA), while scoring FormLab assessments are not reporting these values.
This request is to enable scoring FormLab form results integration into internal eCR Form Status tables and included in the Power BI 'Form Status' export.

Establish Canned Report for NARCAN (Nalaxone) Training Grid
eCR supports a common NARCAN Training grid that is accessible from either ‘Patient Details’ / ‘Trainings’ tab or the ‘Chart Details’ / ‘NARCAN Training’ tab. Currently there is no existing reporting (i.e., Canned Report or CSV Export) enabling agencies to access this information to assist with tracking Patient training and Nalaxone kit distribution.
Request the addition of a straightforward NARCAN (or Nalaxone) canned report be established under ‘Canned / Medications’

NARCAN Tab Color
I was wondering if it's possible to talk about the narcan tab in 10e11 today. The tab will turn green when we indicate that the client wants narcan but the tab won't turn any color when we ask and they don't want it. It would be really helpful if we could have the tab turn orange or yellow when they say no. As it is right now, it looks like we didn't ask.

Add Employee-id to Appointment to Progress Note Reconcilliation report
Add the employee ID to the Appointment to Progress Note Reconciliation report so when exported it can be uploaded into a system that generates payroll.

Order date
We are hoping to have the order date added to the lab orders along with the collection date. Numerous times when we send blood work the collection date is set to the date we ordered the test even though it was not collected for another day or week after.

Diagnosis Search
It would be helpful if searching for diagnoses from the list if the search would work for the entire string of the diagnosis description rather than starting only from the first word. For example, if I type in "schizo" it only shows my diagnoses that start with "Schizo" but not diagnoses like "Paranoid Schizophrenia".

Text Editor Location
It would be helpful if the pop-up text editor appeared slightly lower and to the left on the eCR desktop. In it's current location, the close button is hidden by the RDP control bar, requiring the user to drag the window before closing each time it is used.

Add PAS Forms to list of data files extracted to Power BI File Retriever
Please create export .csv files pulled from the Power BI File Retriever for PAS forms. Being able to see and manipulate this data would prove useful to intake and discharge tracking.
