Require that a phone number be selected as Primary and a Preferred Communication Method be selected in Patient Details.
This is required for using the appointment reminder system and is easily overlooked.

There are some additional checks that should also be considered if this is to be implemented, including:
1. Specification of 'Preferred Language'
2. Check that the 'Work Phone' cannot be selected as 'Primary' for reminder messages
3. If 'Text' messages is selected as 'Patient Preferred Method of Communication', the 'Cell Phone' value must be defined and selected as 'Primary'
4. If 'Email' messages is selected as 'Patient Preferred Method of Communication', an email address needs to be specified in the 'Email' field
