    The availability of this information is also indicated in the Appointment list generated by selecting the 'Appointments' tab within the Patient's Chart Details view. This list clearly shows future Group Appointments for the indicated episode of care.

    I believe that a single 'primary' key to transverse all of these tables would be problematic as there can be one-to-many relationships that may arise at differing stages (e.g., multiple session notes due to Alert Manager issues, rebilling issues after a required Progress Note revision, etc.). Appointment to Progress Note, Visit to Billing and Billing to Claim key values already exist - what is missing is a reported key value between Progress Note and Visit (which must exist as eCR supports a 'Progress Note Summary' view.

    There are some additional checks that should also be considered if this is to be implemented, including:
    1. Specification of 'Preferred Language'
    2. Check that the 'Work Phone' cannot be selected as 'Primary' for reminder messages
    3. If 'Text' messages is selected as 'Patient Preferred Method of Communication', the 'Cell Phone' value must be defined and selected as 'Primary'
    4. If 'Email' messages is selected as 'Patient Preferred Method of Communication', an email address needs to be specified in the 'Email' field

    TenEleven has previously implemented functionality under what is referenced as 'Session Note Hard Stops'. Refer to the first 'Forms' tab under Clinic Options.

    There is an option for 'Start or End Date or Time during Off Hours'.

    Also, I noted that there are no existing eCR Canned Reports that appear to report either 'Locked' or 'Archived' Patient Charts.
