Addition of 'ID - Patient' Attribute to All Power BI export files containing Patient Information
Certain existing Power BI export files, specifically 'Patient Diagnoses', 'Form Status' and 'Progress Note') do NOT have the 'ID - Patient' attribute included in those tables. This is a 'Primary Key' level value needed to link tables within Power BI reporting.
NOTE: Some files do contain the 'Medical Record Number' as an attribute, but all the tables with Patient content do NOT. This request that 'ID - Patient' be consistently included in all tables containing Patient information.

Include Chart Records for Inactive Patients in Power BI 'Patient Charts' Export
Currently the Power BI 'Patient Chart' export file does NOT include Chart records for Patients marked as 'Inactive'.
This request is to revise the export logic to include these records in order to provide Power BI access to the information in those charts.
NOTE: Logic for other Power BI file exports would also need to be evaluated to determine if records for 'Inactive' Patients are also being suppressed in those exports.

Allowing users to build reports in the SQL Reporting Services
This way users can pull the data from forms that 10e11 created (Example 10e11 Referral Forms) but we cannot export into the power bi file retriever

Days Since Last Seen Report
A report that shows the specific lapse in time between appointment or notes. This would include parameters of Program and Resource(Primary Counselor), Visit Type and the ability to drill to and expand details on patients. This report would help to see if a patient has not been seen for more than 30 days with the ability to change to a check for a 60 day period.

Methadone Pick Up Weekly Report Update
Customer Greenwich House has a need for a methadone dispensing report that will show the number of patients on each pick up schedule (weekly, biweekly, monthly. The report should filter not just monthly, weekly, and biweekly, but also the number of patients on 6x,5x,4x,3x,2x, pick up schedules.

Enhance eCR Patient Photo Reporting
Currently there is only one canned report available supporting the management of Patient Photos - the 'Photo ID Report'. While the displayed report results clearly distinguish which Patients have assigned photos, this report does NOT export any attribute indicating whether or not a photo is associated with the Patient Detail record.
Request an enhancement to the 'Photo ID Report' CSV export to also include an attribute indicating if a photo is attached.

Remove/set ability to "Manage" reports under Reporting
On the reporting screen, there is an area to "manage" reports which gives a user access to remove a report. We are looking for a way to restrict this access so users cannot remove a report from inside the reporting module.

Progress Note Link Status and Progress Note Form Status on Appointment tables for Power BI data
Progress Note Link Status and Progress Note Form Status, be reported as two distinct fields. The Progress Note Link Status needs to CLEARLY distinguish between an assigned link and a presumed link with the logic enhanced to assure a Progress Note can be linked to ONLY one Appointment and ensure a better 'match' between records where multiple potential matches need to be evaluated.

Elab Order Report Addition
Cornerstone is in need for a new eLab Order Report
that would build off the one we have in place currently
This report would have everything included in the original but additionally would
1.add a Plus and Minus control under the name that lists the tests ordered linked to that order #.
Add 2 columns:

the report should also default to the location (based on which folder we put it on) similar to the following report, so a location filter that defaults:This would make the report much more userful.

Chart Completed Report
Cares has a need for a report that would show who was admitted and who was discharged on a previous date. This is needed to see if admission paperwork was completed, PAS Forms needed, and discharge dates to track discharge paperwork. The report needs to indicate if the client is new. Or when the client is discharged. This report would be used to identify if any paper work was not completed on a patient chart. Parameters you could run this by would include First and last name, date of birth, medical record number, chart number, admission date, discharge date and…

Enhance Patient Details Audit Log Report
Request that two enhancements be added to this existing canned report:
(1) The report result records should include the Patient's 'Medical Record Number' as a means to distinguish changes to potential duplicate Patient Details records.
(2) The 'Form: Add' and 'Form: View' entries should be removed from this report and supported under a different 'Audit' report. These entries (a) apply to Patient Chart records and not Patient Details records and (b) create an excessive number of records that dramatically increases report processing time and can generate file sizes that are too large for Excel to open.

Sort Releases alphabetically under Form Manager-->Setup Release when searching
When searching for Releases under the Setup Release button in Form Manager, sort the results of "Search for Report" alphabetically instead of by creation date. This makes it easier to find a release when a large number of releases are created by agencies.
