personal dollar amount owed
sortable by program
and insurance

they need
"I'd be looking for the total amount awed on the account. That numbe ( patient balance due) can ce found at the top left of the charge screen. I'd also need to know which program they were in and what kind of insurance they have. But I'd sttle for the $ amount"
