When we check in a client, the first screen has an option to open the Billing Notes. The orange note tab does not open. At the front desk, the staff need to be able to open the orange note tab. Is there a reason why the orange note tab cannot be opened from this screen? Can this function be added to this screen?
It would seem if the Billing Notes can be opened during the check in process, that the other Notes tab should be able to be opened also. The Billing notes are not needed during check in, but the orange “Notes” are.
