Add scanning enhancements to eCR
We would like to have eCR allow for scanned information, such as a drivers license or Medicaid ID, be directly pulled into the system and populate the relevant fields, such as name, DOB, Address.
This will increase efficiency of the intake staff, as well as increasing data integrity by removing the chance of user errors when entering data.

Max Character on MRN assignment
Functionality that would allow us to set a max character limit on MRN's. This would be especially helpful for OASAS regulated programs as OASAS requires no more than 10 alphanumeric characters for the "Client ID' field on PAS forms which is mapped to use the MRN.
If a user assigns an MRN greater than 10 characters then an error should pop up when attempting to save.

Attachments change label without deleting from chart
Dear Support, At Wayne Behavioral Health Network, when attaching a document to a chart, sometimes there is a typo in the label name and it's misspelled. So to correct that label the Medical Records staff deletes the attachment and has to reattach it with the correctly spelled label name.
Is it possible to have the ability to rename an attachment once it's been attached to the chart via right click rename or edit or something?4 votes -
Opened Chart Notifications
We're interested in an enhancement that allows for user generated notifications to pop up when a chart is opened (similar to the UDS Results notification)
For example: Sometimes Billing will need a counselor to take an action with the client during their next visit, a pop up notification would streamline the communication and ensure the counselor has that reminder. It could also be useful to notify staff of Case Management updates, Crisis indicators, releases to be signed, all sorts of things.
I think it could appear just like labs do, or maybe an added button on the top chart header…

Patient Chart Access and Reporting
When you block a user from a chart in Patient Chart Access under Patient Details for a specific Patient, it should block this person from accessing any records via the Reporting module as well for any blocked users on a specific patient.

Gateway Power BI Filter
I need to be able to filter by county in Power BI for one of Kristy’s reports. I see that “County” is a field in the 10e11 “Patient Details”, but I don’t see it as a column in the csv that downloads from 10e11. Is there a way to include patient county in the data download?

Customizable tabs and grids in Patient Details
We would like the ability to allow editing of all grids and tabs in Patient Details along with the Access Levels to be detailed and accessible in Access Levels for every particular tab.

Enhancement to Patient Payer/Subscriber Grid in Payer/SS Fee Tab
Requesting the consideration of the following enhancement to the Patient Payer/Subscribers Grid under the 'Payer/SS Fee' tab within Patient Details. We would expect that this enhancement would be applicable to most eCR Customers that need to consistently manage their Medicaid Patients.
Add two additional columns to the grid - preferably before the existing 'Effective Start/End' columns (see attachment):
(1) Medicaid CIN - this would provide a consistent field to record a CIN number for both Medicaid and Managed Medicaid Patients and would provide a straightforward mechanism to reference the Medicaid CIN number for the Power BI Patient Details file /…4 votes -
Add option to use military time
For a 24 hour bed facility, it would be helpful to have an option to turn on military time for medication dispensing.

Form Archive Option
Essex has a need to archive forms list on the chart. in the past they have used previous versions of forms, and the first ten of these continues to show in the chart in a very obvious way, even though in chronological time order they are now several years old. Ex. and old version of the crisis note from 2018, still right there on the premier of the chart, while more recent crisis notes need to be brought forth. These take up visual space. It would be nice if there is a way to put them in an archived section…
