Flacra would like the possibility to build another drop down in the lab order so that we can select a Secondary Dx.
some diagnosis codes do not support the payment for a test panel of multiple tests when the patient has a diagnosis code specific to one drug. If a secondary code could be available, it would decrease the number of requests from our billing department for additional codes.4 votes -

When the Primary user on a chart receives an alert for a lab being input, it should open the specified Lab Review form according to Clinic Options

Add enable/disable checkbox for PRN meds in Bulk Medication Dispensing
When in Bulk Medication Dispensing, allow the ability to add a checkbox to show or hide PRN medications. This would help differentiate between the medications necessary to be given at the time and save the users time instead of having to sort through a huge list of medications when they only need to give one or two medications.

Order set/favorites
We need the ability to create favorites or order sets and have those order set display with the test code on the requisition. This is to avoid having to scroll through the lab compendium list for all the different labs needed by the provider for the clients visit.

lab alert
Lab results should alert the requesting provider not the primary on the chart. The primary isn't the one ordering the labs always. This is creating missed alerts and lab results to the providers who are requesting labs and is becoming a patient safety issue.

Similar Name Warning
When patients have similar names as others in a program, particularly for medication dispensing (e.g., methadone) or in a bed program (e.g., bulk med dispensing screen), it would help to have a warning on these screens to re-check spelling and identifiers. This would help prevent medication errors.

medication dosing billed report
there needs to be a better way to run a financial report with regards to what was billed and received for each individual provider, the current way is very cumbersome and needs to be streamlined

Order date
We are hoping to have the order date added to the lab orders along with the collection date. Numerous times when we send blood work the collection date is set to the date we ordered the test even though it was not collected for another day or week after.

bulk med dispense setup
UNDER BILLING/PROGRAM DEFAULTS, FOR THE PROGRAM DETOX, UNDER THE MARS TAB CAN WE ADD 'TWICE A DAY WITH MEALS'. IT DOESN'T SEEM TO BE SOMETHING I CAN DO ON MY END.
