Ability to delete or hide Formlab forms in Form Library
I want the ability to remove or delete unused or old FormLab forms from the Form Library as once many are created it is difficult to sort through and find certain forms.

Inactive status for older versions of forms
I would like to be able to mark forms Inactive that are no longer part of the active chart structure, Some of our forms have been updated multiple times and it is difficult to find the active version when setting Alert rules or requiring them for visit types. I'd also like them to not appear in the form lab library with the active forms. But I'd like the option to still view them and return them to active should they be needed again.

Form Lab Import/Export Forms
Add the Ability to Import and Export any Form Labs form (this would facilitate the sharing of forms between organizations), to include access to copies of existing system forms which may be edited, renamed, published, etc...

Add more pre-fill options for forms
Add the Secondary Insurance Name to be added to the Prefill Editor under Prefill From Other Places>Patient>Patient Demographics. Currently the only insurance option is Primary Insurance.

Allow creation of Group Notes in FormLab
We would like the ability to create Group Notes in FormLab and attach them to any groups that we create.

When prefilling from other places, you can't prefill from the actual form you are creating from.
Example of this would be on a comp assessment (TGI forms) , the needs or prioritized tab pulls all of the needs identified throughout the comp to that tab, then on that tab you prioritize them.

Use Custom Forms for CCDA Submission To HIE
We would like the ability to use custom forms made in Form Lab for CCDA submission to the HIE. Current functionality requires filling out obscure canned forms to complete a CCDA. This makes the process confusing and it cannot be tailored to the organization. One idea that has been proposed is the use of data tags that could be used when constructing a form in Form Lab.

Have the Ability to Copy a Billable Form and Make it Un-billable
When copying a billable form that is billable there is currently no way to make the form un-billable. The only way to do this is to recreate the form from scratch.

FormLab Control to Record Scoring Form Outcomes in Form Status Tables
Our agency has reporting requirements where we need to compare 'outcomes' information from canned eCR Forms (e.g., GAD-7, PHQ-9, MSSI-SA) with scoring assessment forms that we create in FormLab. In the Power BI 'Form Status' export file, canned scoring forms (for specific forms) report values in columns S (Is Outcomes Form?), T (Outcome Score) and V (Outcome Date) (see example attached for MSSI-SA), while scoring FormLab assessments are not reporting these values.
This request is to enable scoring FormLab form results integration into internal eCR Form Status tables and included in the Power BI 'Form Status' export.

Allow form editing or add option to allow form editing after Patient Signature on FormLab forms
We would like ability to set up Forms in FormLab that allow editing of the form after a Patient Signature. There are scenarios where after the Patient signs, we need to go in and edit the form without removing the signature. We are looking for an option to do this for this Patient Signature line only.

Formlab SA4RPE Schedule Control
Hibiscus has a need to use the schedule control from the SA4RPE in the form lab. This would help them to link scheduled appointments with specific forms in a users chart. Currently this is not a feature in formlab

Change existing form into a Portal Form
Allow for an existing form in Form Library within FormLab to be turned into a Form Portal form without having to copy or recreate it.

Form Lab Preview All Notes
I created a "Medical Note" form in Formlab (FLMN). When you open this note up there is a History tab, and there is a request to add in the "Preview All Notes" and "Print All Notes" buttons that appear on this tab in the TGIPN form (see attached)
