Enhance Form Permissions for Acess Levels
For us, it is a cumbersome process every time a new form in published in 10e11. Every time a form is published we have to touch every access level that may need access to that form and set the appropriate permissions (add, edit, and void). This makes the process for getting newly requested forms out the door very cumbersome. Not only that, but that form will also have to be added to a chart for actual use and additional testing. Add a start date & end date for providers schedule
We have providers changing schedules beginning in the future, say 1 month away. It would be helpful if we could put their new schedule in the Resource Schedule Details with an effective date, rather than going to each individual day in their schedule to adjust it for the first few weeks of the start of the new schedule to ensure their patients are scheduled within the hours they will be working. We also have providers that work a different schedule for a few months, then revert back to the old schedule. They may work 1 schedule most of the year,…

Full name of form display
When choosing a form to be required for a visit type, the full name is not visible. It can be difficult when you have multiple versions of the form and the name is the same up to the version which is not displayed. And you can't stretch that box.

It would be great to have the ability to upload multiple documents to the patient chart all at once instead of one file at a time.

Allow Visit Type Restriction by User
Allow the ability to restrict Visit Types by user. This could be done via Credentials as an idea. Also, just allowing the ability to choose what Visit Types could be picked on a user profile as well would work.

Allow copy of entire charts to be moved using Patient Chart Manager
Add an option in Patient Chart Manager for entire charts to be copied over instead of copying one form at a time.

Add an exception rule to allow for certain users to be able to override Progress Note Hard Stops
Please add the ability to add an override for hard stops. There are certain users who need to sign for two different notes such as supervisors that occur at the same time. In situations like this, having an override for supervisors or users in a similar situation would help.

Progress Note Time Adjustment Warning Outside Business Hours for Program
Client is in need of functionality settings that would allow for providers to be warned or alerted by a pop up message if the time on their progress note falls outside of normal business hours for a specific program
Providers for this client are struggling and not updating AM to PM so it looks like a service was done early in the morning say for example 1AM instead of the correct time 1 PM during the work day.
This would be a setting that you could turn on per program in clinic setup

Before a form is voided/unsigned, a popup should appear and the user will need to document the reason for voiding/unsigning the form.

Create the ability to Copy access levels
At this time, we want the ability to copy an access level in the case that we want to make changes to one that already exists for roles that closely relate to one another.

Add timed access for chart
For Auditing purposes please add the ability to set timed access for charts. This would be used for Auditors where we could set the time of access when we grant access to charts and then would not have to go back in to remove chart access from profile at a later date.

Increase max interval length field for procedures on Visit Type screen
Currently, the max interval length for procedures on the Visit Type screen is 3 characters. Some programs are 24 hour facilities, requiring a 24 hour stay (or 1440 minute) visit type. Please increase the field length for max intervals.

Supervisor Notes Program Restriction

User James AbruzzoClient has a need for under Day to Day> Supervision Notes to be locked down by program. Thus one supervisor from one program/location would not be able to see the supervision notes entered by another supervisor at a different program.
